Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
All ticket and/or table sales for the Event are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase is completed. This includes situations involving scheduling conflicts, changes in travel plans, or other personal circumstances.
Transferability of Tickets:
If you are unable to attend the Event, your ticket may be transferred to another individual, provided written notice of the transfer is submitted to us through our contact page at least 3 days prior to the Event. Any transfers must include the name, email address, company and title of the new ticket holder.
Transferred tickets are subject to these same Terms and Conditions.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, epidemic, acts of war and terrorism, government action, labour strike or unavailability of facility), ticket holders will be notified immediately however no refunds will be provided. Every reasonable attempt will be made to reschedule a similar version of the Event at a later date.
